Sooo... it seems I have contracted the stomach flu somehow. -_-;; Bad week.
Woke up Wednesday morning feeling nauseous and the feeling hasn't gone away yet. It's dramatically less, but I still can't stand up for more than 10 minutes without feeling sick. I actually had to go home early from class Wednesday night because of this. By the time I drove home, I was aching everywhere along with feeling nauseous. I took four advil and went to sleep around 9pm. I actually got up and went to work Thursday morning because there was a program that I was scheduled to help out with. Don't say I never do anything for the library because I could have easily called in sick or left early like Larry did. Luckily, after the program, Sheryl had some discards ready to stamp and box. So I was able to finish my shift sitting down. eTime hates my guts though. It wouldn't let me time in again on Thursday. Obviously, we are now sworn enemies.
Got new glasses (because I lost my other ones somehow - wtf?!) and ordered a new trial pair of contacts on Wednesday. Apparently, my near sightedness needs a little more correction and my astigmatism needs less correction. What the crap? I have no idea.
I changed the battery in my car by myself last Saturday. No matter what happens the rest of the year, that is my one proud point. I am also prepared for when this new battery craps out in June of 2008. The car is a 2002, the original battery crapped out in June of 2004, and the second one crapped out a week ago. Ready and waiting, you stupid squirrels.
Downloaded up till episode six of "My Girl". Hopefully I can get episode seven before we leave in the morning. Watched the rest of "1 Litre of Tears" Tuesday night and cried a lot. I actually cried the most when she asked if she could get married and everytime her father cried. ;_; Always refer to Asou-kun as such when talking about that drama. The actor is a completely different person and I would like to keep the two separated. Thanks so much. Next on the list of stuff to watch is "Densha Otoko" after coming back from the lake.
Speaking of which, I'm going to Oklahoma in about... eight hours. We will be driving and I will probably stay there till Tuesday morning. We'll probably be back early Tuesday afternoon. However if I still don't feel good by the time my sister has to leave on Sunday, I'm coming back with her. I hope all goes well and I actually got a swim suit that I like and can use. :x The world might be coming to an end.
