Adventures of 21

karasumaakaneToday was a pretty good day. ^_^ I woke up fairly late, but I was only going to be a few minutes late to class... or so I thought. I ran into one of my other teachers. After talking for about twenty minutes Crissy and I busted into the classroom very late, but not truly caring. My first class was very monotonous, as per usual. I was listening to Ami's adventures from yesterday when we ran into Luna on the way out of class. I talked to Luna for a little bit while Ami and Crissy went to their next classes. While walking to my car I got a call from Lindsey. She had just left the doctors office and wanted to wish me happy birthday.
She was very close to Maple Woods, so she pulled in and we chatted for about a half hour. It was really nice to see her. She's supposed to give birth to Joselyn in about two more weeks. Two very long weeks, she tells me. I couldn't tell you personally, so I'm taking her word for it. I took a shower when I got home, because I had not woken up that morning, and then went to my Creative Writing III class. We did two instant-workshops and I was late for Karate - as per usual. My creative writing class ends at the same time my karate class begins, but I can be late to the class - I'm a helping teacher not a student. Boo-yah.
It was good to be back in class after being physically inactive for several days due to a slight sickness. To save everyone else, I stayed out of class on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Either way, I'm all better now. (Unfortunately, I got my mom sick. ;_;) Usually Brock and Danny don't talk to me much, but today I couldn't shake them after class. I think was the three inch heeled boots I was wearing... possibly. Seriously, when I got closer to my car they followed. What the crap? Anyways, Crissy and I had a nice conversation while she ate, then it was time to go home. First I had to quench my curiousity. I went to a grocery store and picked up a small bottle of Asti for dinner - just to see if they carded me. And the fun part is that they didn't. >D I knew that would happen and it makes me laugh! Mwahahaha!
Before dinner with my family, Hotaru stopped by and gave me part one of my present; which was a poster of w-inds! Yea! Hotaru also pointed out something interesting: I am now able to purchase my own alcohol when we cosplay as the Gravitation siblings (Hotaru as Tohma's wife, Ami as Tatsuha, and I as Yuki). I found that kind of hilarious! That evening, my mom had made a specific dinner at my request. (It's tradition in our house that if it your birthday you get to pick the dinner menu.) My menu consisted of garlic and lemon salmon, asparagus, ranch baked potato wedges, salad, bread, and the uncarded Asti I bought. Ahhhh, delicious! Followed by the opening of presents and yellow cake with chocolate frosting. The cake was also my choice because it is my favorite. Simple? Yes, but it cannot resist. XD
That concludes my adventures for today! *wanders off for another piece of cake* :9
