In the past few months, my connection has had times where it would connect at speeds lower than 50.6K, then intermittently die out every ten or fifteen minutes, then stay dead for around five minutes, then revive... all without actually disconnecting. Odd thing is, it usually happens during/after heavy rains...

Awww, your connection gets depressed when it rains. *laughs* Sorry, that's not funny, but it kind of is... in my head.
