I don't get it... Why, oh WHY would anyone make the school uniform from Bible Black and wear it around a convention. I just cannot get my mind around why anyone would do it!! >Þ

When I saw that Luna was selling all that yaoi manga (which she should cause as much as I would like to buy it from her I shouldn't) I decided to make myself feel better by getting some scanlations. Right now I'm snagging Boys Next Door by Kaori Yuki. It's pretty short, so I could read it in a smaller amount of time. That's the plan anyways.

Somebody commented that they saw _rosiel_ as Zechs on a fansview.com. As much as I dislike his site I am half-heartedly sifting through his crap to find a picture of her. Stalkerish, you say? Well, yeah it seems so. She has just talked about the costume for so long, piquing my interest, and I want to see how she did. I also noted that the convention she just went to was not to her liking. Okay, she summed up that it sucked. Which doesn't really suprise me cause the quality of conventions in general has gone down. Not just the few I have gone to either, but listening to other people's reactions. Man, I hate fansview.com... Several technicolor gradients on one screen is bad on the eyes - and the soul!!! >< I give up! I'll have to wait till she posts pictures cause I can't stand his site!! Ugh.

Apparently yousendit is having a hissy fit. It's all over the downloading communities. That's not that tragic to me anyways cause I was only able to get individual songs on my own. That's what you get for tempting me with your videos and live shows! Damn you all! T_T

Heh... There were certainly odd parts to Katsu, but I generally say that I had a good time because I wasn't directly harrassed or anything... but it seems others got it a lot worse. =/

It's a hentai anime series about this satanist cult that does... stuff. Story goes that back in the day there was a bunch of girls who played with the stuff and got burned. They summoned a demon, but instead of being all, "hello ladies!" He was like, "die, bitches!" If I remember correctly, the girl the offered up as a sacrafice to be raped and killed by the demon/devil took vengance or something like that. Fast forward to modern day and the sacrafice is now a vengeful evil psychopath who is diguised, if I remember correctly, as the new school nurse. She now is able to summon a penis at will and doesn't hesitate to screw her vengance into people. Lots of tentacle rape going on, too. The icky comes when there's as much rape as normal sex, and as much blood and death and gore as porn so... even if you've seen a fair amount of porn before, its a little shocking, so seeing people who cosplay as one of the girls who gets raped... Odd. Plus, the uniform itself (http://www.active-soft.jp/images/bb/bb_l.jpg) is jailbaitesque. Too short to cover up the panties even!

the uniform (top image, person on the right: black, red, and white school girl outfit) itself is not that bad. The anime/hentai/porn that it comes from requires a strong stomach to watch. As mizuno_caitlin has described below.

I, personally, cannot think of why anyone would want to cosplay from that hentai. If you ever watch Bible Black, you might have a better understanding of what I mean. Ugh.

The cosplay photo itself: Not bad. The outfit looks pretty good on her.

The back-story behind it: Oi. Of all the series to cosplay from, especially all those with seifuku... I mean, I can see how one would be drawn to the slight aesthetic/stylistic variations, but she could have at least lied and said it was from something else, y'know? (At least she made the skirt almost long enough to cover herself...)
