karasumaakaneI gave up on KaZaA today. I tried to get some songs, but I kept getting the messed up versions that have flooded the more popular searches. So I went and downloaded LimeWire; I have some issues with the program layout, but I got all my songs on the first try - yes! One interesting feature it has is multiple searches at the same time. I'm really tired again.
Ami and Hotaru presented the idea of going to Ohayocon 5 this coming January. We would be doing the Kirari Super Live and Naruto festival costumes. Two cosplay groups in one convention! I don't think we've ever done that. That would be fun. I would just need to get the money in order. Yeah, I could ask it to be a Christmas present, but I don't want to. I knew every present I got for my birthday and last christmas prior to the day and it disappointed me. I guess I like being a little suprised and I didn't realize it. I want to go, so I'll figure something out.
That panicing feeling is coming back again. When the end of a semester comes around, I become more frantic. I've been up since 7:30 this morning and things are just catching up to me... I made banana bread earlier today. Yeah!
Hotaru and I got some votes on the Kirameki Fan Awards. I, personally, don't expect to be in the top five when all is said and done. A few of the entries pimped their work to everyone, everywhere. I prefer not to self advertise like that when it comes to a contest. I don't think I have enough self admiration to do that. Plus, I don't have online buddies everywhere to make any kind of difference. If I posted on the communites and said 'vote for me!' people would say, '. . . who're you?' _rosiel_ friended me back. *_* She and taiki_kou are the only ones to do so. It makes me wonder if I can comment on her lj now, but she writes about as often as I do. Which is few and far between, but I think I write more than Hotaru. Or so the Nazi's have lead me to believe. . . .
I was thinking about naming my cosplay site "Feathered Down". It popped up one day and it's grown on me. I'm going to wait till next month to put any kind of update on my wallpaper site. Not that it would matter a huge deal, but I'm trying not to increase bandwidth usage - sparing it for the Kirameki Fan Awards.
